My experience with Matt and Modern impact signs you could say was very trying for them. I am a school resource officer and I came up with the cool idea to wrap my patrol car. Now some of you are thinking how hard is that. I am not the easiest person in the world to deal with. I spoke with Matt and explained what I wanted. Matt put his guys on it and they came up with a design that was clean and professional. I told Matt that it was good work but not what I was looking for. I wanted “WILD”. Matt said okay and went back to the drawing board.

A couple of days later Matt called and advised that he had another art proof for me to look at. It was right on. Then the fun began. It was the end of September and I advised Matt that I needed it wrapped before our local festival, which was the first Saturday in October. That gave them four days to work. Matt said “No problem”. Then I told him he could only have it Saturday and Sunday. Matt once again said ”No problem”.

Matt and his crew worked all weekend long. I called at eight in the morning to see how it was coming and I called at eleven o’clock at night to see how it was going. Matt answered every time. They worked about 40 hrs in one weekend to complete my car. The car was complete and I made my deadline. I took second place with my patrol car in the car show.

A couple of weeks later Matt came to Versailles to check on the wrap to make sure everything was doing okay and he noticed a patch in the front bumper cover. Matt asked if I could bring the vehicle back to the shop so he could redo the front bumper cover because he did not like it. Which he did and it looks great. That is what I call service. I will guarantee you will not find a company with the quality of workmanship as well as pleasing the customer, as you will find at Modern Impact Design.

Hopefully he puts this letter with a photo of the vehicle so you can see first hand the great work done at Modern impact. I would recommend Modern impact to anyone looking for any type of advertisement. If he cannot do it he will know who can. Call him you will not be let down. Thanks for everything Matt.
